Educator Effectiveness Evaluator (WI State Model or Effectiveness Project)
CESA #1’s Evaluators, who are certified in Frontline Education, will support districts in performing teacher and specialist evaluations by reviewing SLO’s and PPG’s, conducting observations, reviewing evidence and artifacts, and offering suggested ratings. While the District Evaluator retains control of the final rating, this CESA #1 Evaluator service can significantly decrease the amount of time necessary to complete the total evaluation process. This licensed professional may also be available for mentoring and/or coaching to address the development of specific educator skills and professional practice or to provide additional support for those educators on a plan of improvement.
Educator Effectiveness Implementation Coordinator/Liaison (WI State Model or Effectiveness Project)
