For licensed Wisconsin educators working in a dual language, bilingual or alternative education environment, CESA #1 offers a two semester, proficiency-based licensure program for endorsements in:

• Bilingual/Bicultural
• Alternative Education

The program is delivered in a blended format of face-to-face and online instruction.

Required admission documents:

• Completed application
• $100 non-refundable application fee
• Official copy of transcripts*
• Current resume
• Two current letters of recommendation
• Copy of current teaching license
• Employment verification letter

*Official transcripts must bear the seal imprint and/or the original signature of the college registrar and be submitted in an unopened envelope or sent electronically from the institution.
