Innovative solutions for innovative leaders
CESA #1 develops the highest quality programs, products, services, and solutions to support and grow all leaders in the region. Examples of this work include hosting “Cultivating the Courage to Lead” events for CESA #1 superintendents and their administrative teams. This opportunity focused on growing the understanding of the dimensions of leadership needed to transform education.
We have also built the leadership capacity of directors of special education in LEA’s and independent public charter schools to have the knowledge, skills, and resources to ensure compliance with IDEA, implement new college and career ready (CCR) IEP forms, and promote best practices for students with disabilities.
