Overview
The CESA #1 Mentor Network consists of mentors from the CESA #1 region that meets virtually four times throughout the school year to learn together, share successes and solve challenges.
Participants will:
- Understand how to differentiate support to meet the varied needs of beginning teachers
- Collaboratively apply and extend new learning, and reflect on their practice
- Build a mentor toolbox with tools, templates, and reflection questions to enhance their ability to support beginning teachers
