Overview
The Social Studies Network provides K-12 educators a space to collaborate, explore solutions, and enhance instruction.This network will:
- Foster collaboration among K-12 educators to share ideas, address challenges, and develop solutions for teaching Social Studies
- Provide professional development focused on instructional strategies, resources, and best practices
- Receive and discuss timely updates from DPI regarding policies and curriculum changes
- Engage participants in ongoing learning through group discussions and a book study
Membership:
K-12 teachers, curriculum coordinators, principals, pre-service educators
